Aaron Royer, Replacement Installation Supervisor at Pella of Arizona, was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. His professional journey took a significant turn when he transitioned to Pella in late 2023 after a decade-long tenure in higher education. Aaron’s dedication to excellence and his meticulous attention to detail have been pivotal in his new role. He brings a fresh perspective to the replacement and installation field. Beyond work, Aaron enjoys live music, bowling and spending time with his wife and dogs.
