Adam joined the Pella team in 2020 as the Customer Support Supervisor and is now the Customer Support Manager, overseeing the Operations for Southern California and Hawaii. Before joining Pella, he spent 14 years working in the healthcare field before making a transition into the business field. Adam ran the customer service department for a large CNC manufacturing company for 3 years in Minnesota, California, South Carolina and Texas, customer support as well as traveling technicians. Adam has lived his entire life in Southern California and lives there today with his wife and 2 kids, which mean the world to him.
