Andy Crum

Andy's journey at Pella Windows and Doors commenced in 1998, starting from the ground up by doing tasks like floor sweeping and window installations. His dedication and hard work led him to ascend the ranks, eventually landing the role of installation manager. In this capacity, he supervised painters and installers and managed overall customer service. By 2004, he shifted into replacement sales, where his outstanding performance earned him the prestigious President’s Club Award three times. Subsequently, in 2007, he stepped into the role of Replacement Sales Manager, overseeing sales in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa. His remarkable sales acumen earned him the Director’s Award in 2011, recognizing him as the top sales manager in the entire Pella system. In March 2017, Andy became one of the owners of Pella Windows and Doors of Oklahoma, marking a significant milestone in his career journey.

Alongside his professional achievements, Andy has been married to Ainslee Crum for 18 years and together they reside in Edmond, OK, raising their three children. During his free time, Andy likes to fish, watch his kids play sports and spend time with his family.
