Carson Cox

Carson Cox hails from Smithfield, NC, and currently calls Cary home. Before joining Pella, Carson spent four years in the D2D sales industry during his college years. He excelled in leading and managing sales teams nationwide, discovering his passion for self-improvement and servant-based leadership along the way. With eight years of home services experience, Carson now serves as a Replacement Sales Manager.

Outside of work, Carson finds joy in taking his Golden Retriever, Bozi, for walks. He's an avid reader, enjoys working out and loves following sports — particularly anything related to the Tar Heels or the New Orleans Saints. Carson strongly believes in the words of F.M. Alexander: “You do not decide your future. You decide your habits, and your habits decide your future.”
