Chelsea Coffey is the human resources business partner for Pella Windows and Doors of Central Iowa. She spent three years at Pella’s custom wood manufacturing facility in Shenandoah before joining the Pella of Central Iowa team. Chelsea is an expert in employee relations and recruitment. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs and Nebraska Huskers.
