Chet Navey

Chet, the fourth of five siblings, grew up in Hamilton, a cozy town situated just north of Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, driven by a passion to help people solve the challenges they face. Before joining Pella, Chet served customers across various fields, including accounting, automotive dealership management and construction sales. With four years of experience at Pella, he's held diverse roles, focusing on enhancing product knowledge and leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience.

Outside of work, Chet treasures moments spent with his wife and four children. They enjoy bonding over family movies, nurturing their faith, attending kids' sports events, sharing dinners together and creating memorable experiences at any beach they can get to.
