Chris Grenfell

Chris Grenfell is a Replacement Sales Consultant at Pella of Knoxville. As a teenager, he spent time working in his family’s window business, often accompanying his father on consultations that extended late into the evening. Back then, he didn’t understand why his father enjoyed these lengthy sessions or the deep connections he formed with customers. However, after 30 years in the industry, Chris has come to appreciate and embrace his father’s passion. 

Today, Chris loves sitting at his customers' dining room tables, learning about their lives and what makes them unique. Everyone has an interesting story if you take the time to listen, and he finds immense satisfaction in creating tailored window solutions that meet his customers' needs. 

Chris, a native of Montana, leads an active lifestyle filled with fly fishing, mountain biking, pickleball and motorcycle rides.
