Chris Welch

Chris has had a lifelong passion for the home improvement industry, starting his career as an In-Home Sales Consultant at The Home Depot. Over 9 years, he held various roles including leadership positions overseeing In-Home Sales and Pro Account Sales teams. In 2016, Chris joined the Pella Dallas-Fort Worth team as Replacement Sales Manager, witnessing significant team growth over the years. He values leadership as a supportive role, helping team members achieve personal goals, break records and earn recognition. Outside of work, Chris thrives on challenges, participating in ultra-marathons and local BBQ competitions. He and his wife Hazel live in Dallas with their two daughters. Their favorite activities include hiking, running, cycling, and visiting the Dallas Farmer’s Market on Sundays.
