Clay started his career with Pella in 2000, spending 22 years as a Service Technician and Lead Service Technician for Pella of Sioux City and Sioux Falls. In 2023, he became the Install Manager, playing a key role in the installation program. Clay enjoys his job because of the variety it offers, including troubleshooting service issues and verifying sizing and product orders for installation jobs.

Raised in Greeley, CO, and Honolulu, HI, Clay spends his free time with his daughter, staying active with basketball, softball, soccer and axe throwing.
