Don Foster

Don Foster, a Toronto native, earned an Economics degree from the University of Western Ontario. Immediately after graduation, he joined Pella in 1984, holding various sales and sales management roles. In 2001, he became General Manager of the Pella Toronto Sales Subsidiary. Later, he served as Trade and Commercial Director for Pella Corporation, managing the North American Sales Subsidiary network. In 2010, he relocated to Arizona with his family and purchased Pella Mountain West in 2014 with partner Sammy Song. Under Don's leadership, the company has experienced substantial growth and maintained a customer-centric focus. Beyond work, Don enjoys golf, travel and quality time with family and friends.
