Jim Perrault

Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for Pella Windows and Doors of Denver and Northern Colorado, Jim brings over 25 years of window and door experience to his role. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University and has worked in numerous roles from sales to training to leadership. His expertise lies in customer experience, employee career path and development and management through metrics and humanity. His favorite part of the job is witnessing his team members succeed through empowerment and coaching.

Outside of work, Jim embraces family time and the outdoors. His interests span befriending wild animals, rescuing animals, country living and fast cars.
