John Vance

John’s journey at Pella Windows and Doors began in 1997, when he began working at the front desk in Davenport, IA assisting customers in the Pella showroom. His dedication and hard work led him to Pella Kansas City where he held various positions throughout his tenure including Sales Representative, Trade Sales Manager and General Manager, before becoming one of the owners in 2019. Within two years, John became majority owner of Pella Kansas City, marking a significant milestone in his career journey.

Alongside his professional achievements, John has been married to his lovely wife Tara since 2017 and together they reside in Overland Park, raising their two daughters. During his free time, John likes to golf, watch his girls play sports and spend time with his family.
