Jorge Munoz is the retail sales manager, leading the residential business to consumer segment. Jorge takes pride in supporting his Pella sales team by developing a clear understanding on how to help customers ensure they are making an educated decision on the right investment for their home. He joined the Pella team in 2022 with leadership experience from large organizations such as Empire Today LLC and ADT Custom Home. Over the course of the last 8 years, Jorge has grown as a leader, leveraging his ability to quickly connect with others to deliver strategic sales plans that expanded overall customer base.
