Justine Walcker

Justine Walcker is the Human Resource Business Partner for the Hawaii and Southern California branch. She has built her 19-year professional career with Pella Corporation by working alongside independently owned sales branches for 5 years, followed by supporting multiple corporately owned sales subsidiaries (AZ, TX, UT, ID, CA, HI, OR) over the last 14 years.  She is adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures.
