Lee Way

Lee is the President and Owner of Pella Windows and Doors of North Carolina. Before acquiring the distributor in early 2019, he spent twelve years as its General Manager. He graduated from UNC Greensboro with a major in business/accounting. Prior to joining Pella, Lee held various accounting and manufacturing roles at Eaton Corporation, earning Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Certification from the University of Michigan's School of Engineering. Lee strongly believes in servant leadership, emphasizing the importance of first serving others. A North Carolina native, he lives in the Greensboro area with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children: Trey, Seth and Caroline.
