Matt Emly

Matt Emly has been a dedicated member of our team for the last 22 years, showcasing his loyalty and leadership as he transitioned through various roles. Beginning his career journey in the warehouse while he was finishing his degree at the University of Cincinnati taught him valuable skills of teamwork and communication. Since starting at Pella, Matt has held a variety roles in customer service and operations, preparing him well for his current role as GM of Retail. His favorite part of his current role is helping people. Whether he is assisting fellow employees or customers, Matt always feels good when he is able to help someone else accomplish their goals.

Outside of Pella, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors golfing and fishing.
