Matt Vaughn

Matt Vaughn, born and raised in Oklahoma City, graduated from Westmoore High School and earned a B.A. in English Literary and Cultural Studies from Mid-America Christian University in 2013. He spent four years as a High School English teacher and 6A Volleyball coach before transitioning to the construction industry in late 2017. At The Wheeler District, Matt served as a community educator and sales associate during the launch of their master-planned community in Oklahoma City. In 2020, he moved into traditional real estate and obtained his Oklahoma Real Estate Broker's license in 2022. His career is distinguished by a strong focus on client experience and white-glove service.

Matt and his wife, Kaylea, have been married for 14 years and live in a 113-year-old farmhouse in Mesta Park with their three children: Kyndall, Hudson and Wyatt. Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing music with his band, Sorry Darlin', as well as hiking, fishing, recreational sports and spending time with friends in the community.
