Michael Maniaci

Michael Maniaci is the Owner and Principal at Pella of Connecticut, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, finance and strategic operations to his role. Before joining Pella, Michael served as a Vice President in building products investment banking, where he worked directly with companies like Hunter Douglas, Alpine Windows and Tecnoglass. His earlier career includes service as a U.S. Army Infantry Captain, leading units of up to 150 soldiers in Russian deterrence operations.

Michael is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He and his wife, Fjolla, live in Connecticut with their son, Leo.
