Miles Kirwin

Miles Kirwin is the Owner and Principal at Pella of Connecticut, bringing a well-rounded background in leadership, strategy and operations. A U.S. Army veteran, Miles began his career as an Infantry Officer on active duty and continues to serve in the New York Army National Guard. From 2022 to 2023, he led U.S. security forces in Somalia, commanding two outposts and 150 Soldiers.

Before joining Pella, Miles worked as a Management Consultant with Deloitte and later served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of a tech startup. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Miles grew up between Scarsdale, NY and Litchfield, CT.
