Monica Valenzuela

Monica Valenzuela has been with Pella for 17 years. She started her career with Pella as a Customer Service Representative and remained in that role for 12 years where she gained extensive product knowledge. Monica was promoted to Service Supervisor and has been in this role since 2018. Despite the challenges she faces in her department, Monica has a passion for helping customers. Her positive outlook enables her to quickly build relationships with both internal and external customers. She handles escalations by partnering with her team and leverages their years of experience in the field to ultimately achieve “a very satisfied Pella customer”.
