Phil Henderson

Phil serves as the Logistics and Warehouse Manager at Pella Sioux City, where he has thrived since joining the team in 2022. Before his tenure at Pella, Phil honed his skills as a Military Explosives Technician, gaining valuable experience and discipline. He later transitioned to an over-the-road driver role and spent four years in transportation management, further broadening his expertise in logistics and operations.

Phil appreciates the supportive and dynamic environment at Pella, enjoying the camaraderie of his colleagues. Originally from South Sioux City, NE, he proudly holds membership in the U.S.A.F. Ammo Veterans.

Outside of work, Phil cherishes quality time with his wife and two young daughters. He is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys playing video games with friends.
