Richard Turner

Richard Turner began his Pella journey in early 2020 after 28 successful years with Paychex. Starting in sales, he achieved awards like National Rookie of the Year, #1 National Sales Representative and Top 3 Nationally multiple times. He progressed into leadership roles, including Flagship District Sales Manager and Senior Manager of Regional Sales Director, always ranking #1 nationally. His last role at Paychex was as a SaaS Enterprise Senior Sales Manager. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management/Psychology from Linfield College, where he was a 2-sport athlete and active in various college activities. He's a decorated award winner and record holder, committed to the success of his colleagues and maintaining the highest ethical standards. Beyond his career, Richard's greatest success comes from his loving family: his 28-year marriage with Kathy and their 17-year-old daughter, Serena. Family adventures and volleyball tournaments are their shared passions.
