Roxanne Jimenez

Roxanne began her career at Pizza Inn Corporate shortly after graduating from Texas State University, starting as an accountant. Over the next seven years, she gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of a large company, learning the importance of solid financial controls, managing cash flow and coordinating across departments. In 2007, Roxanne transitioned to Pella of Dallas-Fort Worth as the company accountant. Under her leadership, the company upgraded its accounts receivable and payable processes, improved cash flow and increased overall profitability. Roxanne also played a key role in transitioning to a new accounting software. Her responsibilities grew steadily, and she became the company Financial Analyst before taking on her current role as Vice President of Finance. Roxanne enjoys the challenge of working across all company departments and coordinating with finance teams in Chicago and Pella. She continues to develop her team, ensuring they provide accurate and timely financial reporting.

Roxanne married her husband, Michael, in 2010, and they have three lovely daughters: Maya, Makenzie and Makayla. Roxanne and her family love beach vacations, weekend camping adventures and family gatherings.
