Shane Buckalew

Shane Buckalew is a Trade Sales Consultant based in Johnson City with over two decades of experience at Pella. He began his career in the spring of 2001 as an Inside Sales Representative in Blairsville, Georgia. Realizing his passion for outside sales, Shane completed a training course at Pella’s corporate headquarters in August 2001. Upon his return, he was given an opportunity in the Atlanta market, where he successfully built a territory from scratch. Shane then moved to Chattanooga to work in a newly acquired East Tennessee market, where he spent three years and met his wife, Traci. 

 After a successful stint in Chattanooga, Shane transferred to the Knoxville area, where he and Traci welcomed their first two children, Blake and Jordyn. Eventually, Shane and his family moved to Johnson City, where they have lived for 17 years and added two more children, Levi and Everleigh. 

 Shane is deeply grateful for his long-term career with Pella and often shares how starting this journey 23 years ago was one of the best decisions of his life. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his family and appreciates the beauty of the East Tennessee hills.
