Shannon Garcia-Lewis

Shannon is the Chief People Officer at Pella of Northern Colorado and Denver. She brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Her favorite part of the role is connecting with individuals, understanding their unique strengths and helping them unlock their full potential within the organization. Shannon earned a degree in HR management from Colorado State Global and also holds Professional Leadership certifications from Cornell. Shannon's expertise spans diverse industries, from manufacturing to SaaS leadership.

Her passion for fostering growth and excellence in individuals and businesses earned her recognition as one of 2023's Top 10 Strategy Providers in HR by Manage HR Magazine. Additionally, she was a nominee for the Denver Business Journal's Outstanding Women in Business award in 2014. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves to bake.
