Terry brings over 39 years of experience with Pella to his role as Service Manager, where he collaborates with his team to deliver superior service to customers. His extensive experience allows him to take a straightforward approach, with a strong focus on detail in his work.

Outside of work, Terry is an avid fisherman, a Texas Longhorns fan and enjoys grilling out. However, his top priority is spending time with his family.
