Tim Gilchrist

Tim brings over 16 years of Pella experience to the Dallas-Fort Worth team, starting as a 2nd shift Department Manager in Pella, IA. His career has taken him across the country, progressing through roles that expanded his expertise and leadership. Tim excels in continuous improvement, utilizing Kaizen tools and methodology to achieve remarkable outcomes. In Wylie, TX he oversaw the transition from premium wood door manufacturing to a successful vinyl window and door subsidiary, driving significant growth in revenue and market presence. Tim and his wife, Emily, have been married for 14 years and live in Wylie. Together, they have three children – Molly, Penny and Tommy. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities and actively support their children's sporting events, with Tim often volunteering as a coach.
