Tom Long

Tom has served as a Pella Replacement Sales Consultant since March 2016. While studying at UNCW, he gained hands-on experience in construction, framing houses on the side. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Tom has called the Wilmington area home for over 20 years. He possesses extensive knowledge of Pella products and the specific requirements for installing windows and doors in a coastal region susceptible to hurricane winds. Tom is known to offer top-tier customer service to every customer he works, regardless of the project’s size.

Outside of work, Tom is a devoted family man, married with three children and two hound dogs. His favorite hobby is kayaking in the local rivers, creeks, swamps and ocean.
