With over 15 years of experience, Traci happily helps customers understand Pella’s unique product offering while maintaining a welcoming showroom atmosphere. She loves to meet new people and show them how Pella of East Tennessee provides tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has been happily married for over 21 years and is a proud mother of five wonderful children.
