Trey Raney

Trey brings 17 years of diverse Pella experience to his current role. Starting in operations, he progressed through various roles to eventually manage the Premium Wood Entry Door plant in Wylie, TX. Trey later transitioned to becoming the General Manager of Pella’s Pacific Northwest sales subsidiaries, owning all aspects of sales and order fulfillment in the region. During his time in this role, Trey led the transition of the Vancouver, BC and Spokane, WA markets to private ownership. Returning to Dallas in 2019, Trey assumed leadership of operations for North & West Texas. Promoted to Vice President of Business Performance in 2021, Trey now oversees sales and operations. Trey and his wife, Jenica, have been married since 2008 and have relocated around the country five times together during Trey’s Pella tenure. They have five children: Brynn, Jaxon, Jase, Beckett and Xander. As a family, they enjoy hiking, camping, and watching the sports and theater activities their children are involved in.
