Tucker Maxfield

Tucker Maxfield is our Outside Sales Manager, bringing over 25 years of selling experience to Pella Utah. He enjoys empowering each of his team members to reach their fullest potential and celebrate their successes along the way. His most notable accomplishment includes earning the Top Seller Award. This achievement recognizes Tucker for breaking the company record for both the number of closed deals and total revenue earned, both quarterly and annually. We are thrilled to have his sales expertise and leadership capabilities on our management team.

Outside of his role, Tucker is a father to three daughters who love to dance. Outside of spending time with family, he enjoys outdoor activities including snow skiing, waterskiing and road cycling.
