Yael Naggar

Working in a hybrid role between Urbandale, IA, and Denver, CO, Yael Naggar is a Sr. Training Manager with over two decades of retail sales experience, including six years with Pella. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Political Science from the University of Iowa and is currently pursuing an MBA through University of Iowa Online and Strayer University.

Known for her expertise in sales training and organizational development, Yael is passionate about equipping team members with the skills they need to succeed. Her favorite part of the job is witnessing the transformation in team members as they gain confidence, develop new skills and achieve their goals—positively impacting their careers, personal lives and the organization.

Outside of work, Yael is an avid adventurer and foodie who enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, hiking, climbing and paddle boarding. She loves exploring state and national parks across the country, listening to live music, singing, dancing and discovering new culinary experiences. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with family and friends.
