We are so excited to share that Pella of Oklahoma has a new part-owner: current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Ainslee Crum.
First Female Owner Brings Leadership to Pella
In a predominately male-run industry, Ainslee is the first female owner in the history of Pella of Oklahoma. Additionally, she is the first female owner in 96 years of the Pella Distribution Sales Network, which encompasses nearly 100 branches across the United States and Canada.
Ainslee began her career with Ernst & Young as an auditor. She has since worked as a controller, CFO and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of another amazing Oklahoma company, but soon found her way back to Pella. In 2017, shortly after the Crum family purchased the Oklahoma City and Tulsa branches, Ainslee became our CFO. Ainslee has been, and will continue to be, an integral asset within our organization and we are so proud of this accomplishment.
Continuing the Family Legacy
For some, windows and doors are a just a business, but for Ainslee, it’s in her blood. Her family founded a Pella distributorship in 1922 and it has stayed in the family for four generations. Ainslee and our family’s drive to serve our customers, the Oklahoma City community and our employees is second to none. It’s a long-standing commitment we are proud to make. In fact, Pella of Oklahoma celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2022.
“Our goal is to continue providing a product with exceptional quality and superior customer service," Ainslee said. "We believe in giving back and being a part of our community. The core of our philosophy as a company is service above self."
Congratulations on your new role, Ainslee!
