This powerful combination, together with our immersion-treatment method, helps ensure strong protection on every exterior wood surface of our products. Prefinished Interior Stains

Aluminum-Clad Wood - Durable, low-maintenance EnduraClad aluminum cladding with EnduraClad protective finish meets the performance requirements of AAMA 2604. Seacoast EnduraClad protective finish for coastal projects with high salt exposure. 70% fluoropolymer resin-based EnduraClad Plus protective finish for select projects, meets the performance requirements of AAMA 2605.

Integrated crank with fold-away handle so it doesn't interfere with roomside window treatments.
Patented Unison Lock system with stainless-steel operating arm and hinges.
Optional limited-opening hardware.

SureLock® Unison Lock System

This patented locking system reaches out to pull the sash against the weatherstripping to form a tight seal. A concealed linkage secures multiple locks with a single easy-to-reach handle. For operable awnings over 2' 5" in height and awnings with impact-resistant glass, the Unison Lock System is at the jambs.

Standard awning: one lock installed on units less than 29" wide, two unison operating locks installed on units over 29" wide.
Large awning: one installed on units with frame heights less than 41", two unison operating locks installed on units over 41" frame height.

Bow window configurations consist of four to six casement or picture windows, each the same size and shape, joined to form a smooth curve. Talk to a Pella sales representative for more information.

InView

With high-transparency screens from Pella, you can increase the amount of natural light and airflow in your home. InView screens are a great choice for your home — they allow in 14% more light and are 8% more open than standard fiberglass screens.⁴

Rolscreen Retractable Screen

There when you need it, gone when you don’t. Retractable screens roll up and down like a shade on casement windows. Self-storing screens roll away and out of sight when they are not in use, eliminating the seasonal chore of removing and storing screens. They feature self-store screens and InView high-transparency screen material comes standard.

Grille Profiles

Integral Light Technology® (ILT) Grilles - Combine the historical look of true divided lights with today's energy efficiency, structural integrity and water-resistant performance. Grilles are adhered to the outside of the glass – wood on the interior and aluminum on the exterior. Between-the-glass nonglare spacers, which are aligned with the interior and exterior grilles, replicate the appearance of true divided lights. Grilles have been approved by the National Park Service on a project-by-project basis for use on historic projects involving federal tax credits.

Grilles-between-the-glass - Permanent aluminum grilles are factory-installed inside the airspace of insulating glass to provide the look of divided lights while making glass cleaning easy. Exterior finish matches aluminum-cladding color.
